Refund and Cancellation Policy

The Tecno e-shop reserves the right to reject or cancel the order. Orders may be canceled for a variety of reasons, including restrictions on the maximum number of items that may be ordered, discrepancies or errors in the price or other product information, or problems identified by our Department of Credit and Fraud Control.

We have the authority to request additional details about you before authorizing any order.

If your order is partially or completely denied, or if additional data is required to authorize it, we will get in touch with you. If you choose not to place an order after your credit card has been charged, the money will be returned to your Card Account.

Cancellation on Your End

When requests for purchase adjustments are made, Techno e-shop is free to approve or reject them without providing a reason. Techno e-shop allows you a window of 24 hours after you make your order during which you may cancel it.

The transaction will be canceled and the full amount refunded within 15 to 20 days of receiving the request, in accordance with customary business procedure, if we receive a cancellation notice but Techno e-shop has not yet completed the purchase.

After an order is validated, we are prohibited from changing it.

The sole arbiter of whether a purchase has been completed is the Techno e-shop. You agree not to raise concerns about Techno e-shop’s decision to approve or reject the order.

Use Coupons and Discount Codes at the Techno e-shop

Techno e-shop reserves the right to offer temporary discounts and promotional codes that are an essential component of any campaign or to withdraw them. To profit from the campaign’s advantages, you must consent to participate. The conditions of these promotions will be determined by the Techno e-shop at the time of the campaign.
